SUPPLY LIST
ONE COMPLETE CHANGE OF CLOTHES TO BE LEFT HERE:
Including: Hat,shirt, pants, socks, and underwear.
Swimsuit in the summer months or shorts
Muddy Buddy suit in the Fall & Winter months.
Soiled clothing will be sent home and a new change of clothes will need to be brought back the next day.
A Sippy cup or bottle to be kept here aswell as any formula or BM your child drinks.
Any over the counter medication. Creams,powder etc. that you may wish to be used.These must have the child’s name clearly labled on it.
I will always ask your permission before administering any medication
One FULL package of diapers or Pullups to be left here
Wipes
I will notify you when your supply is low.

You must supply a wet bag for used diapers and take soiled ones home daily.
We are trying to reduce our Recycling and Trash amounts, so PLEASE any food or drinks you supply for your child I ask you to bring in reusable containers.
